Overview:
We are currently seeking an Apprentice to join our apprenticeship program. Apprentices will assist with maintaining and restoring all IT/Audio equipment to its original state as well as installing different operating systems and apps in line with clients needs.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities: [will include but not be limited to]
- Sorting and separating IT kit at goods in.
- Scanning in of all IT kit in a methodical manner
- RTS (return to standard) of all IT equipment which involves fogging (wiping and reloading a standard image) onto laptops, desktops, rack units and iPads.
- Identifying and reporting any damaged or malfunctioning equipment.
- Organising and keeping tidy the ground floor and mezzanine IT areas
- RTS of Bounce pads and InVue stands, making sure all components are complete and compatible.
- Returning all equipment back to its proper place in an organized and tidy manner.
- Ensuring that all equipment with multiple components is complete and labelled.

- Attention to detail and a systematic approach to tasks (Work smarter not harder)
- Good housekeeping ethic
- Proactive with the ability to work on their own as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and add to skill set
Entry Requirements:
- 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject.
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working Week:
The role will be office-based at our Tewkesbury HQ, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm, with the flexibility to extend. Candidates must be somewhat flexible to accommodate occasional site visits and work outside regular office hours if required.

Future Prospects:
