A top insurance firm are looking for an IT/ Technical Business Analyst.
As a Business Analyst, you will have the ability to make a significant impact to the organisation by supporting the growth strategy and competitive positioning of the business.
You will support the analysis of system related business processes (within a single domain and cross functional), identify and initiate business process improvements in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
Lead the analysis of business requirements and demands across the business value chain, providing key analytical skills that will enable business problems to be understood and the subsequent requirements for IT systems documented, tested and delivered.
Knowledge and Skills
London Market (re)insurance experience with knowledge of products and marketsSolid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile project management methodologiesDemonstrable experience in analysis of business demands, deriving of system requirements and translating into system solutionsDemonstrated multidisciplinary communications skills particularly with business stake holders (end user and management levels)Strong analytical, facilitation and presentation skillsTrack record of successful implementations that delivered value to the business, resulting in measurable business outcomesDemonstrable experience of using use cases, UML, user stories
