Come and join this large Energy service business in a highly visible, key role where you will act as a point of contact between IT and business operations to deliver value-added solutions that satisfy organisational demands.
Previous experience with the Salesforce CRM is required, and in exchange you will be given an outstanding opportunity to further your career while working with senior management on a daily basis.
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days to be in the office, and a flexibility about which days these may be.
Responsibilities:
• Set priorities and oversee the flow of IT-enabled business initiatives that improve operations' capacity to serve clients and boost the company's bottom line.
• Oversee the interactions between the operations and IT teams, giving business requirements and technological advancements first priority.
• Build, execute and provide technical solutions and support strategies pertaining to each functional area.
• Lead business partners in planning meetings to develop and execute process enhancements.
• Create, oversee, and carry out strategies for integration and testing.
• Compile requirements using use cases, workshops, document analysis, interviews, and other techniques.
• Analyse and convey stakeholder demands by converting IT solutions into business requirements.
• Examine business procedures and suggest enhancements or fixes that can be achieved with new technology or other applications of current technology.
• Work together to analyse business and user needs and provide the required documentation (user cases, user stories, functional requirements specifications, UI designs, mockups, workflows, etc.) in collaboration with business managers and internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee and direct the implementation of process enhancements as well as technology solutions.
• Oversee vendor connections for upgrades, additions, new features, etc.
• Offer assistance to the test and development teams across testing cycles.
• Assist end users and instruct them on recently introduced features.
