IT Change Manager - Paisley - 3 days pw onsite

An exciting opportunity for experienced IT Change Manager to work for a large Public Sector organisation in Paisley. You will be responsible for leading the adoption and delivery of the Change and Problem Management processes (based on ITIL Service support principles) through effective coordination of change planning and implementation, problem resolution, liaising & building relationships with Business customers, IT Management, Team Leaders and IT support groups

Essential skills:

• Extensive experience of providing IT Service/Support function, with experience at a managerial/team leader level
• Understanding of IT Service provision in medium to large organisations
• Understanding and deep knowledge of ITIL processes relating to Problem Management
• Understanding and deep knowledge of ITIL processes relating to Change Management
• Experience of Patch management
• CAB
