Overview
There is a great opportunity for an IT Configuration Management Analyst to join an organisation in the public sector in Belfast City Centre. Their IT Infrastructure team is split across Service Desk, Networking, Sever Management, DBAs etc. They’re looking to add an IT Configuration Management Analyst to assist colleagues and service users, maintain/develop the CMDB (Configuration Management), and manage asset identification, classification, and categorisation.

About you
- IT Degree / HND or similar
- Experience of Configuration Management
- Experience maintaining / updating and troubleshooting an Asset management system
What you'll do as an IT Configuration Management Analyst
- Collaborate with IT Manager and wider team
- Maintain Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Track compliance / resolve or escalate any compliance issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Configuration Management system
- Review and publish Configuration Management reporting
