8am-4pm
9am-5pm
10.30am - 6.30pm
Occasional weekend work however this will be working from home on the 9am - 5pm shift

1 in every 4 Saturdays,
1 in every 8 Sundays,
Hourly rate: £12.27
Duration: 3-6 months with potential to go perm

This is a great chance for you to be able to get your foot in the door in the world of Tech support without any previous experience within an IT Customer Helpdesk role.
You don’t need any previous experience or knowledge of working within IT support what we are looking for is fantastic customer service skills.
What will you be doing?
This opportunity will see you become the single point of contact for the stores up and down the UK, providing customer service support for the Tech support team.
Typically you can expect day-to-day to take inbound calls and provide advice and problem-solving solutions - You will be fully trained and supported to allow you to expand your knowledge and experience, once trained will get involved in carrying out system builds as well as, configuring, shipping, and installing new equipment.
