It is geared toward recent graduates with Information Technology internship experience and a relevant business degree who have a passion for a long term career in Information Technology.

Responsibilites:

• Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.
• Work with business users to define and analyze problems and align the most suitable technical, application or configuration solutions.
• Solicit, develop, document, and manage requirements and provide detailed design and business rules to support the requirements throughout the project life cycle up to and through change control.
• Review system test plans and system tests modules before implementation.
• Create, review, and deliver end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training for accuracy.
• In upgrades, monitor production performance enhancements and system integrity with end-users.
• Develop detailed implementation and upgrade project plans in conjunction with other account team associates.
• Ensure that documentation is updated when change requests are approved for the project.
• Provide input on processes, procedures, or new approaches.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Business Information System, Management Information Systems, Computer/ Information Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of basic principles, methods, technologies, and practices of a professional/technical field.
• Must have demonstrated leadership experience.
• Demonstrated basic knowledge of system development methodology, project management system architecture and analytical/problem solving skills
• Able to execute with the highest degree of integrity and accountability.
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business beginning with the shop floor and ending with senior management.
• Self-motivated individual who strives for excellence and continuous improvement through the use of analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives.
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience using various computer applications including Microsoft Excel, Access and other applications included in the Microsoft Office Suite.
