About the role We are seeking an IT Hardware Support Engineer to join a team responsible for supporting the Computer Science department at UCL. The role will have a hardware focus but will also involve some software support. It will involve working with a wide variety of systems as well as assisting staff and students at all levels of computer literacy. Salary UCL Grade 7 £42,099 - £50,585 inclusive of London Allowance About you The successful candidate will have experience in an IT Hardware Support role, preferably in a university or research based environment. They will have the ability to communicate clearly at all levels, work as part of a team and be able to adapt to a changing environment. A customer focused approach to work is also essential.
