As an IT Help Desk Administrator, you will be at the heart of our support system. Acting as the primary contact for all support enquiries, you will handle a variety of technical issues and queries. Your responsibilities will include answering incoming Help Desk calls, logging issues and queries using a ticket system, updating users on outstanding issues in a timely manner, and moving and installing IT equipment.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 7:30am 4:00pm, 37.5 hours per week, Office-based
IT Help Desk Administrator Requirements:
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the IT field
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both telephone and face-to-face
- Proficiency with MS Office and Windows Support, along with a basic understanding of AD, DNS, DHCP, and 365
- Team player with a can-do attitude
