IT Helpdesk Analyst

Salary Range: 35 - 40k+ per annum
Full-Time Permanent Position
We are seeking candidates for the position of IT Helpdesk Analyst to join a reputable professional services company based in Dublin.
Preferably, we are looking for a candidate with 2+ years of experience in a similar role and a degree in an IT-related field.
Responsibilities:
- Management of all incidents and service requests.
- Manage internal processes for onboarding, promotions, and departures.
- Administration and support of in-house tech.
- Oversee small to midsize processes and IT projects.
- Management of 3rd party suppliers and any issues associated.
