Our client has a great opportunity to join their busy Helpdesk team based in Harrogate as a IT Helpdesk Engineer.
The ideal candidate will have either an IT Helpdesk background or someone with an interest in IT looking to progress their career into IT.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle call and emails
- Calls are logged and incidents updated daily
- Diligently manage ticket system queues with the aim to resolve and reduce tickets in line with SLA's
- Provide additional support on projects with senior members of team
- Escalate issues to relevant parties whether they are internal or 3rd party
Skills:
- First-class interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working as a team
- Keen eye for problem solving
- Desire to learn and build experience/knowledge

Please note: The office is on the outskirts of the Harrogate Centre with limited public transport to the office location, so ideally someone that drives with access to a car or happy to cycle to the office from Harrogate train station or from home.
