IT Helpdesk Engineer - Bristol Hybrid - to £28,000
I am seeking an IT Helpdesk Engineer to work in a small IT team on a hybrid basis for a well known company in Bristol
The right IT Helpdesk Engineer will possess excellent people skills and will have worked in 1st line role previously. You will work across the spectrum of IT support in this role, getting involved in infrastructure project work as well as basic 1st line service desk queries. This is a great opportunity for the right person to take a step up into a more varied IT support role, solving queries face to face and over the phone in a friendly environment with a 'family feel'.

The succcessful IT Helpdesk Engineer will be working in the following areas:

• Responding to requests for support by logging and categorising incidents
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Ensuring users are kept up to date and that SLAs are met
• Building, installing and configuring hardware and software
• Inducting new starters from an IT perspective
• Working on an IT helpdesk as well as working on live infrastructure projects
• Managing 3rd party software providers

Below is a list of the technologies you will be working with:

• Laptop and desktop builds
• Active Directory administration
• O365 Administration
• Android device support
