It Infrastructure Analyst

The University now seeks to appoint an experienced IT Infrastructure Analyst. Reporting to the Infrastructure Specialist you will deliver 2nd line IT support and maintenance for Windows based systems both on-premise and in Azure.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and VMware.
• Experience of the administration and support of Windows based systems.
• An understanding of SharePoint Online administration is desirable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
