IT Installations Manager

IT Installations ManagerAre you a proactive, dynamic leader looking for a new challenge? We are looking for an experienced Installations Manager to join an expanding team. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the installation of our solutions for our clients in the UK, working closely with the Engineering Manager and Head of Operations to ensure stock and resources are available at all times. You will also manage client relationships, coordinate with the sales team, and maintain tight cost controls.

Responsibilities 

• Managing relationships with clients
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Planning installations on site
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ensuring installation reports are completed and distributed
• Ensure all installations are fully costed and reviewed
• Strong communication skills at all levels both verbal and in written form
• Direct line management, development and progression of the team

Requirements:

• Relevant experience required 
• Previous experience of IT related projects
• Retail operations knowledge
• Ability to work to own initiative
• Calm under pressure and an ability to reprioritise at short notice
• Strong customer service ethic and excellent organisation skills

Hours: 9 - 5:30 or 8.30 - 5pm or 8 - 4.30 Mon - Fri (Hybrid working 2 days WFH after training/ probation) 

Salary: Up to £50,000
