Excellent opportunity for an IT Manager to join an established and growing technology integrator in the Specialist Telecommunications space and showcase your skills.
This company are a thriving global network solutions provider with a glowing industry reputation, who work alongside high end clients such as Fujitsu, Network Rail, BT and UK Power. Due to very fast paced expansion and exciting projects ahead they require an IT manager to join the team and run the internal IT processes.
In this role you will maintain essential IT Infrastructure, including applications, servers, email systems, software, hardware, operating systems and security. You will also ensure that network components work smoothly complying to business needs and analyse current systems and processes to look for improvements. You will need to be commutable to Gloucester on a 5 day per week basis.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced IT Manager with excellent communication skills and strong knowledge with MSWord, Excel & Outlook. You will need to be confident and competent with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory as well as understanding recovery procedures and performance monitoring. Expertise in implementing, testing and configuring IT solutions will also be necessary to be successful in this role.
