- To lead a small team of IT Helpdesk Support Technicians
- To ensure the smooth running of supported IT systems
- To ensure the security of all IT hardware through regular software updating and firmware patching
- To provide outstanding, proactive, accessible support to all users
- To oversee support to users via the helpdesk system
- To provide second/third line support knowledge, to resolve more complex and larger impact issues
- To provide support to first line technicians
- Experience of working at 2nd/3rd line level is essential
- Team leadership experience
- Happy to work on-site
- A relevant degree or IT qualification is ideal
