ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:
IT MANAGER
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Manager to join our friendly team based in Cheltenham, to work on a variety of projects that we are putting in place for both G4S on site and for the client.
This is a full time role working 40 hours per week, between 8:30am and 5:30pm.
Responsibilities
- To support and manage the G4S Information Systems and applications.
- Provide 1 st Line Support as and when required.
- Work on a variety of projects required for a number of upgrade projects.
- Help and assist with the maintenance of servers through back-ups, upgrades and security updates.
- Provision of planning and execution of technology refreshes.
- Liaise with Client IT specialists as required and ensure compliance is enforced with our Client.
- IT Security requirements.
- Undertake and contribute to project work when required.
- Manager the IT support team.
- Enhance the customer experience that we currently provide.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Essential
- MCSA or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of two years’ previous experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 7/10, Windows 2008/2012/2016, AD, DNS, Google.
- Patching and Updating Systems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer focused approach.
