IT Mobile Device Management Engineer
CPS Group UK are delighted to be working with a leading organisation to appoint an IT Mobile Device Management Engineer to support the on-boarding of new, company-wide corporate Mobile Devices.
The Engineer will use Intune to off-board existing devices and on-board new Apple Mobile Devices across the organisation.
Role & Responsibilities
* Off-board existing Mobile Devices
* On-board new apple devices using Intune for Apple Mobile Device Management
* Work closely with users to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and queries
* Act as 'Mobile Helpdesk' whilst new devices are being rolled out
Required Skills & Experience
* Experience managing the enterprise-level rollout of Mobile Devices
* Strong proficiencies and knowledge of Microsoft Intune
* Strong familiarity with Apple Device UI and troubleshooting
* Exceptional user facing and support experience (incl. VIP)
* Based in London and happy to work on-site 5 d/pw
