• Client and 3rd Party Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients and third-party vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize and enhance customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and consistent, high-quality service.
• IT Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement IT strategies that align with our educational goals and business objectives.
