Responsibilities:

Pricing Tool Replacement:
* Lead the delivery of two new pricing tool replacements.
* Coordinate business requirements and collaborate with business teams to translate processes into efficient digital solutions.
* Support in the tool selection process, including managing the RFP process.

Architectural Planning:
* Define the right architecture for the solution in collaboration with company architects.
* Work with other IT teams (Legal, Compliance, Content) to enhance existing tools for market research teams.

Application Support:
* Provide support for existing applications until replacement, handling CRQ, vendor management, small fixes, and enhancements.
* Ensure project documentation, including functional specifications, validation, testing, and migration protocols.

Project Coordination:
* Coordinate development team activities.
* Define and prioritise project phases in collaboration with business teams.

Project Delivery:
* Oversee project planning, budgeting, meetings, and coordination.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Business Requirements Gathering:
* Define and document business processes, requirements, and policies.
*
Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Experience in project management, business requirements, and process/governance definition.
* Organised and well-structured approach to tasks.
* Ability to function as both a Project Manager and Business Analyst.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with a focus on priorities and scoping where needed.
* Proficient in IT context, including managing architecture, integrations, Dev-Acc-Prod, UAT, and IT standard processes.
* Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
* Understanding of financial and pricing processes in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
