Key Responsibilities
- Managing the procurement process for high value/ risk contracts/ procurements.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to establish procurement requirements.
- Conducting market research and producing analysis.
- Managing end to end tendering process.
- Leading on the preparations of the tender documentation.
- Liaising with suppliers and drafting contract documentation.
- Supporting learning and development of the commissioning community in South West London.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, specifically in ICT procurement, preferably within a governmental or public sector organization.
- Knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and best practices related to ICT goods and services.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant procurement certifications (such as CIPS) are desirable.
- Can earn a competive salary ranging from GBP33,551 to GBP41,793 per annum.
- Hybrid working is available for this role (Negotiable days).
