The role
Orbit are looking to recruit an IT Product Analyst. In this role you will provide administration and support of the business systems security, configuration and software upgrades.
This role is part of Corporate Services where you'll help us give colleagues the support they need to be brilliant.
What you'll achieve
You will also be responsible for:
- Working with the business to implement the main systems including assisting with administration and configuration
- Undertaking the setting up and maintenance of system user access
- Dealing with 2nd and 3rd Line incidents and queries, liaise with third parties where problems relate to software errors
- Ensuring that all service requests are dealt within the SLAs
- Creating and Maintaining both end users and IT documentation for self service
- Undertaking periodic processes on the business applications
- Assisting with projects to implement new business systems for the configuration and testing of the systems
- Assisting with the implementation and testing of software upgrades including guidance and support to end users.
What you'll bring
Essential skills
To be successful in this role of IT Product Analyst you will need to have experience within Microsoft operating systems and applications. It is also essential that you have:
- Experience of application support working practices
- Experience interacting directly with end users
- Experience prioritising multiple tasks and be able to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Experience of Dynamics 365
