Position Overview:
As an IT Project Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the work stack of a large number of clients. Our clients operate in various industries, each with complex change processes, making this role ideal for someone with a strong understanding of requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the work stack for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of IT solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand and gather detailed requirements, taking into account their complex change processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Utilise client-facing and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and expectations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in billing and time management, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on time.
- Liaise with team members to outline project requirements, fostering effective collaboration and communication within the team.
- Utilise JIRA for project tracking and management.
- Possess or be willing to obtain certifications in SCRUM and PRINCE methodologies.
- Previous experience in a software background is essential for success in this role.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in IT delivery management.
- Strong understanding of complex change processes and requirements gathering.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage billing and time effectively.
- Familiarity with JIRA for project tracking.
- Certifications in SCRUM and PRINCE methodologies are desirable.
- Previous experience in a software background is required.
Additional:
- Salary up to £45,000, based on experience.
- You must be based in or near Norwich, and able to drive to the office.
- This role is a customer facing role and will require you from time to time commute to the client.
