Join Outcomes First Group Limited (OFGL) as an IT Projects and Infrastructure Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering IT projects and supporting the integration of technology across our diverse sites.

About the Role

As the IT Projects and Infrastructure Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with the IT projects team to deliver projects across OFGL.
• Assisting the property team in installing IT infrastructure and hardware at new and existing sites.
• Supporting the Business Integrations team to ensure seamless integration of all sites within the OFGL network.
• Taking ownership of internal IT projects, such as device replacements, technology rollouts, and Windows upgrades.

Working with the team, you'll be instrumental in:

• Ensuring timely, scope-compliant, and budget-friendly project deliveries.
• Tracking project progress through detailed project plans.
• Preparing, reviewing, and signing off on all project deliverables.
• Measuring project performance and providing regular status reports.
• Managing risks, issues, and dependencies transparently and proactively.
• Improving internal IT processes to facilitate hardware and software implementations.
• Meeting project budgetary objectives and approving supplier invoices.

Experience and Skills:

• Good or extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 software tools.
• Experience in new site openings and site expansions is beneficial.
• Experience in IT projects across a multi-site business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or PRINCE II certification is desirable.
• Understanding of Data Protection and Freedom of Information legislation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive approach to remote team collaboration.
• Initiative-taking and ownership of tasks or issues.
