It Project Manager

Zapsa LTD is a specialist Talent Acquisition Consultancy working in the Renewable Energy, Environmental, IT and Sustainability. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General IT Project Manager with extensive experience in managing projects involving MS Dynamics and events/ticketing systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various IT projects, ensuring they align with business objectives, are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• MS Dynamics Implementation: Oversee the implementation and customization of MS Dynamics solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and integration with other systems.
• Events/Ticketing Systems: Manage projects related to events and ticketing systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms and delivering an enhanced user experience.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Maintain regular communication and provide status updates.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, manage project teams, and coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements through rigorous testing and validation.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

About You

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management.
  • Proven experience in managing projects involving MS Dynamics (e.g., CRM, ERP) and events/ticketing systems.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Dynamics customization, configuration, and integration.
  • Experience with events/ticketing platforms and their integration with other IT systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).

Must live within a commutable distance to Birmingham airport - Hybrid working is available.
