We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Relationship Account Manager to join our well-established client. This is a majority remote working opportunity. There will also be travel to meet clients in areas such as Oxfordshire, Surrey, Essex and London for on average 2 days each week. Following a record-breaking year, my client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Strategic Relationship Manager to support and develop our portfolio of key strategic relationships within the Education sector. We are inviting applications from candidates who have experience in co-developing and delivering on top-level client ICT strategies, preferably within an Education setting (Desirable, not essential), while nurturing key client relationships to drive client retention and growth. The ideal candidate will be a natural and effective communicator, comfortable with presenting to senior stakeholders, with the ability to understand complex solutions and articulate technical proposals clearly to non-technical audiences. The individual will be commercially minded, target driven, with a visible passion for relationships, technology and negotiation, alongside a strong drive for success and ambition to further develop their career. The role will be working closely alongside the leadership team to help build on the company's success to date and ensure sustainable and profitable growth as we maximise and expand our client base. Salary: £36k-40k basic uncapped commission. Anticipated OTE of circa £65k depending upon experience. IT Relationship Account Manager - Main responsibilities: Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across key strategic accounts to maximise customer satisfaction and retention Support client strategy and budget development and sustainable delivery across full spectrum of ICT products and services Collaborate with internal technical teams to identify, scope and specify client technical solutions and build customer proposals Collaborate with internal procurement team to ensure best value in procurement and quality client service delivery Seek to maximise on client spend across various revenue lines with a focus on recurring revenue, in addition to product and project sales Promote monthly campaigns surrounding IT products and services to both existing and new clients Complete scheduled face to face account reviews with existing clients Provide excellent customer services and satisfaction, enhancing the company's Net Promoter Score Prepare network overview documentation and sales gap analysis reports for client portfolio in a timely manner Keep up to date with new products and developments in the IT sector with regular training Contribute to internal Innovation Working Groups to identify, develop and launch new product solutions, inputting ideas and feedback on how to continue successful growth. IT Relationship Account Manager - Skills and Experience required: At least 2 years' experience in a similar role Ambitious Experience working with IT Solutions, such as Cloud, Microsoft technologies, Cyber and Managed IT Services (not all needed) Confident communicator and strong negotiator Goal-orientated and target focused Team player Careful attention to detail and customers' needs Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritise Some highlights of working with my client: Personalised training platform Skills assessment and personalised progression plans Microsoft Gold Partner and Google Partner Microsoft and Google training courses, accreditations and exams One-to-One training Company healthcare available Monthly performance-related incentives - including additional holiday days and vouchers Social & team building activities There will be some travel locally and within the South of England for this role, so applicants will need a full driving license and use of their own vehicle
