Job Title:IT Rollout Engineer

Location: Wayside House, Wilsons Lane, Coventry, CV66NY

Trust: Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership Trust

Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm/ 9am-5pm (37.5 hours per week)

Pay Rate: £14.11/Hr.

JOB SUMMARY:

Looking for a Rollout Engineer that will assist the team to refresh IT Equipment in the form of Laptops and desktops for our Primary Care GP Practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Troubleshoot issues post equipment upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Install IT equipment such as laptops and desktops with precision and efficiency.
  • Follow standard operating processes to maintain consistency and compliance.
  • Drive to GP practices throughout Coventry and Rugby, with a provided vehicle.
  • Log and update tickets promptly to track and resolve issues effectively.
  • Assist in assembling and adhering to rollout schedules for efficient deployment.
  • Maintain good timekeeping to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Install software and peripherals like scanners and printers accurately.
  • Aid in checking-in deliveries and updating stock inventory as needed.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Troubleshooting issues post equipment upgrade.
  • Decommissioning equipment.
  • Logging/updating tickets in a timely fashion.
  • Assisting with putting together as well as following rollout schedules
  • Installing software.
  • Installing peripherals such as scanners and printers.
  • Assisting with checking-in deliveries.
  • Updating stock inventory.
  • Organising daily activity to meet the rollout target.
  • Active Directory
  • Rebuilding machines using SCCM 2016 or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of how Intune and Antivirus management tools work.
  • Ticket Logging Systems such as Marval, ServiceNow etc.
  • Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, and Remote-Control Tools such as Dameware, log me in.

This role may require you to show evidence Diploma or ECDL or at least 2 years relevant experience.
