JOB TITLE: Client Manager / IT Sales Business Development Manager

LOCATION: Swindon, Woking or London

SALARY: up to £40,000, blue OTE

WAY OF WORKING: Full time | Hybrid

C4S Search are pleased to be working alongside a top technology provider, who’s focus deliver security, agility, and manageability solutions for clients, networks, and cloud technologies.

THE CLIENT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY:

  • Lead the development and recruitment efforts to onboard new reseller partners for the vendors' product and service offerings.
  • Drive sales through impactful presentations and demonstrations showcasing the vendors' portfolio.
  • Nurture leads into prospects, then opportunities, and ultimately convert them into customer orders.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with product sponsors, sales management, and sales teams at Resellers/Service Providers (SPs).
  • Foster and sustain connections with Vendor Account Managers (AMs) and Channel teams.
  • Provide accurate revenue and gross profit forecasts.
  • Monitor and report on critical metrics such as partner engagement, leads, and deal registrations.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure maximum potential is realized for each engagement, assisting with sales inquiries and quotes.
  • Engage with various internal departments such as Pre-Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, and Support services.
  • Uphold company policies and adhere to the Company Quality Management System guidelines consistently.

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

  • Demonstrated track record in IT solution sales.
  • Proficient presentation skills essential.
  • Familiarity with order management systems, Intermediate level proficiency in Excel/Office/email, etc.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Effective communicator with strong organizational capabilities and a process-oriented approach to work.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Passionate about technology with a willingness to learn.
  • Self-driven and capable of excelling in a results-driven setting.
  • Upholds a consistently professional and courteous demeanor.
