Location: Ferndown, Dorset
Hours: Monday - Friday
Our client is a thriving business technology company based in Ferndown. They are looking for a professional and driven sales individual to join their Business Development team.
You will receive in depth training in order to be able to pursue potential new business. You'll build successful relationships through explaining how our client provides the very best solutions in their sector.

The role
- Engage with Directors and key decision makers to truly understand their business and what drives them
- Build successful B2B relationships in order to book meetings for the field sales team
- Achieve KPIs by identifying and qualifying commercial opportunities
- Research target markets and become an expert in your field
In order to be successful in this role, you need to have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ambition, tenacity and confidence in making outbound calls
- A team player with a positive attitude
- A real enthusiasm for business and the drive to build a successful career
- Some previous sales experience is essential, ideally within a B2B environment
