£35,000 - NEGOTIABLE basic salary plus competitive commission scheme

This Newbury based business are IT Distributors with an impressive success story within their market. Due to considerable growth, they are looking to employ an experienced Sales Executive to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and manage the sales process from prospecting to closure.
- Engage in active market research to identify potential clients and generate meeting opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions to our existing partners and new customers.
- Achieve growth and hIt Sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Work closely with the pre-sales team for technical support during the sales cycle.
- Attend industry events, seminars, and workshops to network and promote the clients offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and align with company goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in enterprise software or IT solutions.
- Strong hunting mentality with a drive to seek new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Travel Requirements: The role will have a mix of being in the office, working at home and travelling to see customers along with attending events.
Working Hours: Core working hours are 09:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Thurs) 09:00 – 17:00 (Friday)
Compensation and Benefits: This company offer a very attractive individual commission and a team bonus package.
