IT Second Line Support Analyst

We are currently looking for a IT Second Line Support Analyst. You will be working in Coventry (CV3). This is looking to start ASAP.

Monday - Friday

08:00am - 16:00pm

Temp Contract - Ongoing

Pay rate - £17.11ph paye

Job Purpose

• Provide second-Line Support for more complex IT issues that first-Line Support cannot resolve
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced hardware, software, and network problems.
• Assist with configuration, installation, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
• Take ownership of escalated incidents and service requests
• Analyze and diagnose recurring issues and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
• Work closely with third-Line Support or specialized teams for issues requiring further expertise.
