The Role
- Planning and executing IT-security systems (such as vulnerability management, file integrity monitoring, and security monitoring).
- Crafting and executing security frameworks like MITRE (ATT&CK, D3FEND, DeTT&CT), NIST, and SCF.
- Formulating and applying system hardening standards (like CIS and DISA).
- Conducting penetration testing, analyzing vulnerabilities, and assessing attack surfaces.
- Leading projects.
- Extensive expertise in IT Security (At least 2 areas)
- A combination of creative thinking and a systematic approach to work.
- Demonstrated seniority level with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the field.
- Bonus points for active involvement in bug bounty hunting, programming security-related tools, developing exploits etc.
- Strong Consulting background.
- Wants to progress into leadership.
