It Service Delivery Manager

Monarch are working with a large manufacturing organisation, based in Northampton that are recruiting for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
Role: IT Service Delivery Manager
Location: Northampton (5 days on site)
Salary: GBP30,000- GBP40,000
This position is a hands on position where you will be dealing with all areas of user IT support. You will be managing a team member in the support team and will help grow the team over the next year.
Some of the experience required includes:

• Office 365
• SQL Server
• Print services
• MDM
• Hardware installation and support

They have around 250 IT users and are looking for an experienced candidate who is looking to develop their IT skills and gain management experience.
