Circa £45,000 + 11% pension + 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
Are you an IT Helpdesk Manager / IT Field Support Manager looking to move up into an IT Service Delivery Manager role?
Brilliant opportunity to join the IT department within a leading School where you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and taking ownership for operational excellence as well as ensuring outstanding customer service.
In this role you will provide a high level of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line technical support to staff and students. You will manage the IT helpdesk and will line manage a team of 4 technicians. This is an onsite role.
The ideal candidate will be an IT ServiceDelivery Manager / or a Helpdesk Manager or IT Field Support Manager looking to take a step up into a Service Delivery Manager role. Management experience is essential. You will have ITIL and Service Delivery experience as well as experience of managing minor projects and technical knowledge of Windows, Apple devices, Chromebooks, Google workspace, Office 365 and Apple solutions including JAMF.

The Person:
* Experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager / or a Helpdesk Manager or IT Field Support Manager looking to take a step up
* Management experience is essential
* Experience with ITIL and Service Delivery
* Experience managing minor projects such as device refresh and office moves
* Technical knowledge of Windows, Apple devices, Chromebooks, Google Workspace, Office 365 and Apple solutions including JAMF
