Our client, a leading provider of business services and workplace solutions, are recruiting for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

Main Duties
- Implement best practices – Research/implement best practices into the IT support helpdesk and service desk whilst ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
- Work with the IT support manager and team in providing best direction/guidance on all support matters.
- Facilitate meetings with IT support team, manager, stakeholders across the business and all 3rd party managed providers to gather information to improve performance, target issues and give direction on matters that need progressing via the correct IT process/procedure.
- Review IT service catalogue by ensuring its continually updated/accurate whilst also making recommendations to for services that are missing or need attention.
- Ensure support teams are trained/familiar with new and delivered services/changes.
- Manage and run change control following ITIL fundamentals.
- Undertake all activities in line with Company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures and participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace.
Qualifications/Experience
- 2-3 years of experience as an IT support management type role
- Computing related degree or higher
- ITIL certified (desirable)
- Experience with working with a service desk/multiply 3rd party managed services and many business stakeholders.
- Experience on delivering IT solutions/projects (desirable)
Skills/Knowledge
- Software knowledge – Familiar with technology and computer software – Office
- 365 suite (admin areas), Endpoint management, automation, Service desk
- platforms, active directory, Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Technical – Able to work with technical teams and have technical experience.
- Familiar with ITIL fundamentals to ensure you have the skills to create/deliver IT
- practices/procedures into a IT support team.
