Menzies Distribution Ltd have an opportunity for IT Service Desk ADMIN analyst to join our team that provide a 24/7 Service Desk operation which covers our whole business. Joining our friendly team, you will work closely with the Service Desk Manager who will support you in handling queries in the form of tickets via our Service Now system and carrying out 1st & 2nd line fixes. You will play an instrumental part in helping deliver a great service to the company. No two days will be the same!
THE DETAILS- £21K Per Annum
- 3 Month Fixed Contract
- Monday to Friday Shift Pattern
- Based in Edinburgh, EH12 9DQ
- 36.25 Hours Per Week / 09:00 - 17:00
- Responding to and processing all incoming emails into the Service Desk central mailbox
- Ensuring all tickets are logged and tracked in the service management platform, service now.
- 1st line support and first-time fix for common incidents/requests
- Fulfilling order requests and raising Purchase Orders
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Participation in ad hoc project work
- Participation in team meetings
- Ability to work remotely
