This particular client are a distinct leader in advanced Security and surveillance - we are looking for a proactive IT Service Desk Analyst for a 10-12 month interim period to cover a Maternity Leave - this very much has a view to transition to a permanent position.
Reporting directly to the Global IT Manager, you will be the first point of contact for an around 300 users.
Candidates with experience in a fast-paced, ticketing environment will thrive in this role. You will have a drive to join and lead on Asset rollout / Project Support and be big on Team Collaboration.
You will have hands-on experience with Networking, Hardware and Windows environments to be successful in this role - demonstrable experience with Microsoft Intune would heavily favour you.
£25,000 Salary
Hybrid working (3 days in, 2 days from home)
37.5 hour weeks
26 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays
5% pension
12 month Fixed-term contract, view to transition to permanent position
