Your actions will directly influence customer satisfaction and our company's overall performance.What you’ll do:Acknowledge, record and validate customer incidents, requests and queries.Manage and resolve first line incidents and requests, such as password resets, basic troubleshooting and guiding customers towards self-help resources.Maintain effective communication with customers, updating them on progress and expected timescales of resolution.Follow escalation procedures and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.Develop a deep understanding of Sodexo-specific applications and the impact of any problems.Assist line manager in identifying personal training and development needs.Undertake any additional tasks as requested by management.
