Role & Responsibilities
As part of our ongoing growth plans for 2024, we're pleased to be hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Belfast. The successful individual will be responsible for managing their own niche market, within the growing tech industry in Ireland, and this will require you to network with key clients and IT professionals who are seeking employment. Typical responsibilities will include:
Advertising & marketing
Candidate management: sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates. Building rapport, managing expectations, and providing market insight. Representing your candidates to clients, prepping candidates for interviews, and providing appropriate feedback.
Client management: developing and maintaining business relationships, and generating new business through cold calling, leads and referrals. Understanding your clients needs, negotiating and closing deals.We are searching for someone who is ambitious, professional, and career-focused who thrives in a fast paced, competitive sales environment. Any experience is welcome, as full training is provided.

Competitive basic salary (£22-26K) and an uncapped commission structure. OTE for year one approx. 35-45K.
