I have an excellent opportunity to join a world renowned Not for Profit organisation on the outskirts of Cambridge.
You will play a key role supporting users onsite in Cambridge and across the wider group. This role would suit an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer, or someone with an appropriate IT qualification looking for their 1st role in IT.
Key skills include:
- 1st LineIT Support
- Management of a Ticket based helpdesk
- O365 / Active Directory
- Setup of new Users / Equipment
