Salary: PAYE: £19.00 per hourLocation: Belfast
Job responsibilities

• Perform technical work activities either remotely or on-site to meet business and customer requirements.
• Escalate issues following company processes to ensure customer demands are met.
• Communicate effectively on issues to prevent escalations.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
• Adapt quickly to dynamic team environments.
• Ensure the department/contract meets SLA performance targets.
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.
• Keep skills up-to-date with IT industry standards relevant to the role/contract.

Key Requirements (Qualifications and Skills):

• Proven experience in an IT service environment
• Ideally certified in relevant technologies (e.g., Dell and Windows) to support business strategy.
• Demonstrates an analytical and systematic approach to resolving complex problems.
• Ability to engage and influence at various levels (internally and customer-facing).
• Works under general supervision, exercising discretion.
• Able to define and follow instructions and procedures.
• Organised approach to work.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Additional Comments:

• Candidates need to hold a current SC clearance.
• Successful candidates will undergo NCA clearance.
