It Support Analyst

Are you an experienced IT Support Analyst looking for a new challenge in the central belt of Scotland? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic and forward-thinking legal company with offices in both Edinburgh and Glasgow.

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal and external customers, resolving IT issues and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure.

You will need to have strong technical skills in the following:

• iManage
• Citrix
• 1st/2nd line support
• Office365
• iOS and EMM (Enterprise Mobility Management)

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who has excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as a proactive and customer-focused approach. The successful candidate will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail.
