Hays Technology have a fantastic opportunity to join a Global Business working on world-class, cutting edge technologies & projects, as part of their IT Support Team. Working on systems that are not only business critical but, in certain cases, life critical, the products and services you would support are fast-paced, dynamic and required 24/7.
What you'll need to succeed
This is not your standard IT Role! While it would be great if you have experience of the core skills listed below - a large part of this job involves supporting bespoke products specific to this Company's Control Room which is the central hub for their services and products - Full, comprehensive training will be provided on all the bespoke products.
Working closely with Customers, Vendors, suppliers and Project Stakeholders you will provide critical support to allow the successful implementation of products & Projects by identifying technical solutions to project challenges.
CORE SKILLS - Microsoft Windows Server / Virtualisation Technology / Active Directory / Exchange/Office 365 / Azure / Firewalls / Office 365 environments (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune & Autopilot) / Telephony Platforms (Avaya / Cisco)
What you'll get in return
The role can offer a Salary of between £28,000 - £35,000 + On Call Allowance (1 in 4 Weeks).
