Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level support for Microsoft Server Technologies, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Manage and optimize Microsoft Exchange server and Active Directory environments.
Administer Microsoft 365 services and ensure seamless collaboration and communication within the organization.
Demonstrate proficiency in networking, including wireless technologies, routers, and general network troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support IT solutions tailored to business needs.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT infrastructure.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Server Technologies, Microsoft Exchange server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
Strong networking knowledge, including wireless technologies and routers.
Proven ability to analyse and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
IT certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or equivalent will be a plus.
