Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in person.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications, including Windows and macOS operating systems, Active Directory, Office 365, VMware, Cisco technologies, and Veeam backup solutions.
* Assist with IT projects and upgrades.
* Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
* Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes.

* Experience with relevant technologies.
