As a Helpdesk Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support their clients, resolving IT-related issues, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of their systems. This role involves effective communication with end-users, troubleshooting technical problems, and escalating issues when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Office 365 (essential)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to technical problems
- Active Directory
- Collaborate with other IT professionals for issue resolution
- Document all support activities and solutions
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
