Are you an IT Support Engineer with a good understanding of Coding/Scripting and Crystal/Python reports looking to be the go-to man for all things IT for a leading law firm dedicated to delivering outstanding legal services?

In this role, you will be the first point of contact to assist staff with all IT issues (networked PCs, laptops, telephones, mobile phones, and remote working related issues).
You will report to the office manager and be responsible for liaising with external IT consultants in respect of the procurement, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and software.
This role would suit an IT Support Engineer with a good understanding of Coding/Scripting and Crystal/Python reports/
The Role
- Provide technical support and assistance to staff regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively
- Office based
The Person
- A good understanding of Coding/Scripting, Crystal/ Python Reports, Microsoft 365
- Previous experience working as IT support in a solicitors or other professional firm
- Happy working 5 days a week in office
