It Support Engineer

Role: IT Support Engineer (1st line & 2nd line)

Day Rate: £200 - £260 ( via umbrella)

Location: Berkshire / Hybrid - 3-4 days on site

Contract Length: 6 months initially

We currently helping our client, a FTSE 250 organisation in their search for a IT Support Engineer (1st line & 2nd line) join their team on a long term contract basis.

You will have extensive 1st and 2nd line desktop support experience, gained within a large environment, with good knowledge of MS Office, Windows, Office 365, PCs, Laptops, Mobile Devices (Android/Mac/Tablets), basic networking and VOIP with knowledge of a ticketing system

As a IT Support Engineer you will have the following:

• Desktop Support experience
• 1st and 2nd line desktop support
• Microsoft office suite
• Windows
• Office 365
• PCs
• Laptops
• Mobile Devices (Android/Mac/Tablets)
• Basic networking
• VOIP
• Ticketing system
• Excellent customer service, communication skills
