This includes tasks like password resets, software installations, and basic hardware support. First-line support staff often act as the first point of contact for users seeking IT assistance.
Second-line IT support is also required for more advanced technical support beyond the scope of first-line support. This includes diagnosing and resolving more complex technical issues & conducting in-depth troubleshooting.
Profile
Will have strong first and 2nd line experience and have great communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Offer
