IT Support ' Software Support ' Technical Support (German speaking) The role can be 100% home based. My client is looking for a flexible, technically experienced, German speaking, and responsible professional to join their team as a Software Support Specialist. We are looking for someone who finds joy in technology and wants to work hands on in an international fast-paced and exciting work environment. In this position you will be responsible for supporting European customers with a focus on the German market. The key activities of the role are answering technical and application queries, troubleshooting complex networked environments, and resolving technical incidents in a timely and professional manner. What you bring Experience with troubleshooting applications/ software in a customer focused team. SQL experience Identifying any necessary training requirements and escalating these to management as needed. Fluent in German and English Service oriented
